Now, Tell our readers a bit about yourself. What’s your professional background look like? Do you have any specific areas of expertise? Hobbies? Any fun facts? Tell us what makes you unique!
I was born and raised in the Himalayas of Nepal and graduated from the University of Utah.
Utah has been my home for more than a decade and so I understand the culture, neighborhood & legacy of the Salt Lake Valley extremely well.
I started my career at Sugarhouse office where I was named Rookie of the Year and earned a five-star reputation.
As I enjoys my real estate journey, I know the process of finding the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood, for the right price including multi-million-dollar luxury homes.
I am now a member of the International Diamond Society and have helped clients buy and sell dozens of homes in the state of Utah.
As a professional mortgage broker, talented negotiator & a real estate investor, I work above and beyond to ensure my clients have the least stress and most fulfilling transaction as I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in real estate.
At my leisure time, I love backpacking, skiing, landscape photography & traveling to new places.
I am in love with this mountain town.

What professional advice do you have for your fellow peers?
Earning a business from a realtor can be tricky whenever every Loan Officer is trying to do the same.
Some of the simple things that could help-
1. Answer the phone. Also on the weekends.
2. Be honest. Be creative. Be smart. Work hard. Be good at your job. A big thing for me is structuring loans. Don’t get me wrong, I know not every buyer is going to be good to go, but the lender that consistently blows every other lender out do the water, who is just so good at structuring loans, I’m theirs.
3. Under Promise, Over Deliver
4. Send them leads too. Reciprocation. 5. Communication.
6. Food=loyalty. JK but goes a long way.
7. Trustworthy, communicative, available, resourceful.
Find someone you mesh with and it makes all of the transactions go smooth!

Awesome! Lastly, what’s one word of advice or personal motto you’d like to leave readers with?
There’s several things but in my experience, reciprocity will do it 100% of the time and it’s the one thing that I don’t see lenders do consistently.
