Hi Emily, thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to join us today!

I began in this industry after being unhappy with the service I received on a few of my refinances. My goal is to be a loan officer that thinks like a buyer.
I want to give my borrowers as much information as possible so they feel confident and happy with their decision to trust me with one of the most important transactions of their lives. When I am not helping homeowners, I am with my husband, daughters and our animals!

Thanks for sharing!

Saving the deal with creative thinking and attention to detail.
One of the first loans I closed as a processor had a 6-figure non-refundable earnest money deposit. The loan officer was out of town and the file was denied.
I was in tears for these borrowers and utilized every resource I had to challenge the lender and underwriter on guidelines until we were able to find a solution and get the loan closed.
This taught me to never give up on your clients and always make sure you are in a position to give them your full attention.
Awesome! Lastly, what’s one word of advice or personal motto you’d like to leave readers with?
